Low voltage distribution and lighting design and installation

Our company specializes in the design and installation of low voltage distribution in many applications, including retail store lighting and general power distribution required for retail display etc.

Lighting designs are also available for new builds and renovations, internal and external, including emergency lighting, security lighting, perimeter lighting and car park lighting.

We can design and build control panels and system wiring to your specifications or we have the capability to troubleshoot existing panels and system wiring in situation.

Electrical maintenance and repairs, including diagnostic fault finding

We currently have a number of customers that we provide ongoing electrical maintenance for. This includes lighting, machinery, server rooms, offices, medical equipment, heating and general power, to name but a few. Thermal imaging is a great tool to enable preventative maintenance. Thermal imaging, inspection and testing

Thermal imaging is a proven, noninvasive technology used in the electrical industry as a way of detecting defects quickly and efficiently. The thermal infrared cameras measure infrared or thermal energy. They create pictures of heat rather than light and can detect heat in objects warmer than absolute zero.

Non-compliant electrical systems or breakers, improper hook-ups and aging electrical components all generate increased heat. Thermal images can help you detect problems and take steps to prevent further damage and ultimately save money.

But by using a thermal imaging camera on the interior and exterior walls, or on equipment and machinery, you can look for potential problems.

It is also a useful tool when dealing with insurance companies, who are requesting thermal imaging reports more often these days before agreeing to insure a building. But on the positive side, your insurance premiums can also fall if all is well with the building.

Heat trace systems

Heat trace heating systems are a great solution to prevent the damage of ice buildup and damning. There are a number of systems that can be considered for different applications, including water lines and eaves troughs, but basically entails the installation of a self controlling cable that generates heat to melt the ice.
